To take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guest must have their hotel reservations made and paid in full by august 1st, 2025.
We are currently holding rooms with group pricing from january 7th - 16th 2026, however, you may book any dates you wish (if we are not holding the room you desire, our travel agent will request for it to be added to our group).
